Abuse and unsolicited commercial communications. You do not have permission to add other IMPAK users to your mailing list (e-mail or postal) for commercial purposes, even if a user has purchased something from you, unless the user has given his explicit consent.

If you notice that someone is abusing our Website, please notify us.

Third Parties. This Privacy Policy applies only to the use and transfer of information we collect from you. IMPAK has no control over the privacy policies of third parties that may apply to you.
